His major study and research interests are tangible and intangible cultural heritage, sustainable and responsible tourism development, identity and (inter)cultural empowerment in the Mediterranean area. Dr. Romagnoli also studied World Heritage and Touristic Promotion at the Panth�on-Sorbonne University of Paris and worked as a trainee at UNESCO HQ in Paris, at the European Institute of Cultural Routes in Luxembourg and with GoUNESCO.
