DAY – 01 : Raj Ghat – Red Fort- Humayun’s Tomb – Neemrana

In the morning visit the Raj Ghat and pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi. Continue to the Red Fort. Walk through Chandni Chowk and have lunch. Spend some time in the busy market .The Humayun’s Tomb is next on the list which is known to have inspired the Taj Mahal and many later Mughal tombs .

Afternoon journey by road to Neemraana on the DelhiJaipur highway. Reach Neemrana Fort-Palace by evening.

DAY -02 :  Neemrana

Neemrana’s hill-fort and 18thc stepwell both lie at 500 mts. Trek up or walk the sand dunes to descend 9 storeys below the ground. Spend the evening relaxing.

DAY -03 :  Neemrana

Explore the day around the heritage resort . Later in the day go for Zip lining, camel riding & vintage car ride (About Rs 250 per person ) around the Neemrana vilage.

DAY – 04 :  Sariska

Leave for Sariska Tiger Heaven. Spend the day spotting Benagl tigers and other wild animals

DAY -05 : Mandawa

Drive through NH8. Reach Hotel Vivaana, a 19th century haveli. A remote town in the Shekhawati region, Mandawa is often described as an outdoor art gallery due to its intricately painted havelis. Spend the day at nearby Churi Ajitgarh Village.

DAY -06 : Jaipur

Leave for Jaipur. Explore the ‘Pink City’  including City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal and visit local markets

DAY -07-08 : Jaipur

Visit Amer Fort, Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort. On the way back see the Jal Mahal.

Next day visit Albert Hall Museum. Catch a Bollywood film at the famous Raj Mandir Theatre. Have lunch at the welcoming LMB restuarant. Walk the busy streets of Johari Bazaar, Tripola Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar.

DAY – 09 : Bharatpur – Keoladeo National Park

Journey to Bharatpur arriving at the Swaraj Resort.Visit the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary .

DAY – 10 : Abhaneri – Fatehpur – Agra

Visit Abhaneri, which is known for its beautiful baoris (step wells) and the famous Harshat Mata temple. Next visit Fatehpur Sikri, the now deserted former capital of the Mughals. Later in the day wander around the market stalls of Fatephur Bazaar, situated just beyond the bus stand in the streets below the palaces. Drive to Agra.

DAY – 11 : Agra Fort – Taj Mahal – Kuchhpura

Day begins early. First, stop at the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal, a beautiful monument to love and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Be mesmerised by the renowned Mughal architecture, a design that combines elements from Persian, Turkish and Indian styles and looks as immaculate today as when it was first constructed. It’s dawn time, don’t forget to capture some fantastic shots of the sun rising over the Taj Mahal. Click! Click!

Step back into your vehicle for a drive to Agra Fort, a treasure of Mughal architecture, built of red sandstone and white marble. Inside Agra Fort, view the remarkable palaces & decorative chambers. Be awed by the beauty of the fort’s marvelous mosques, including Pearl Mosque (Moti Masjid), Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Am and Sheesh Mahal. A short walk north from Agra Fort is a maze of overcrowded lanes bursting with colourful, chaotic bazaars known as Kinari Bazaar for  clothing, shoes, fabrics, jewellery, spices, marble work & snack stalls.

After a delicious lunch, visit the tomb of Itmad-ud-daulah (translated as pillar of the state). Nicknamed the Baby Taj, the exquisite tomb of Mizra Ghiyas Beg  inspired the construction of the Taj Mahal.Nur Jahan, wife of Emperor Jehangir, built it for her father. This was the first Mughal structure built completely from marble, the first to make extensive use of pietra dura and the first tomb to be built on the banks of the Yamuna, which until then had been a sequence of beautiful pleasure gardens.

Afterward, drive to the ancient village of Kachhpura for more insight into Mughal history.Finally, take a leisurely stroll in the Mehtab Bagh and enjoy another stunning view of the Taj Mahal – this time at sunset! The gardens in the Taj are perfectly aligned with the ones here, and the view of the Taj from the fountain directly in front of the entrance gate is a special one.

DAY – 12 : Firozabad

Firozabad the City of Bangleis also the hub of glass making in the country. Along with a friend who lives nearby visit he area around to catch a glimpse of glass articles. Have lunch at friend’s place.

DAY – 13 : Mathura

Enroute to Mathura visit Akbar’s Tomb.

Mathura the birthplace of Lord Krishna, dotted with temples,& the stretch of the sacred Yamuna River which flows past here is lined with dozens of bathing ghats. The ghats are best seen at dawn and at sunset.Experience the river during the evening aarti ceremony.

Take a local boat hand for a 30-minute floating tour of the main ghats.

DAY – 14 : Vrindavan

About 11 kms away from Mathura lies Vrindavan. Visit Sri Krishna-Balarama Temple(ISKON), Banke Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir.
