Planning a world heritage trip

Delhi – Agra – Rajasthan – Delhi

Monuments that will be covered:

In Agra :

1. Taj Mahal
2. Fatehpur sikri
3. Agra Fort
   

In Rajasthan :

    1.Hill Forts of Rajasthan which include

       a) Amer Fort

       b) Ranthambore Fort

       c)Chittorgarh Fort

       d)Kumbhalgar Fort

       e) Jaisalmer Fort

     2. Jantar Mantar ( Jaipur )

     3.Hawa Mahal (Jaipur)

     4.City Palace (Jaipur )

We will all meet at Kashmere Gate where an A/c Volvo Bus will be waiting for us at 8pm so we could get an early start to the day. We’ll reach there early in the morning around 6am.

Day 1 :Visit Taj Mahal

Everybody meets at 9am after breakfast is served . We will stay in Hotel Taj Resort , which is .5 Km away from Taj Mahal.

We will explore the whole area throughout the day and leave at 5pm to rest.

Lunch will not be served by us so you have to make your own arrangements but dinner will not be served by us.

Day 2: It is said that it is best to visit Taj Mahal during sunrise so whoever wishes to experience it can meet us at 6am. Others can rest throughout the day in the resort or explore the area.The whole day will be at your disposal.

Day 3: Visiting Fatehpur Sikri .It will take 1and half hour to reach there from our resort. A lot of things are there to explore such as Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Birbals house, Naubat Kahana etc.

Please meet us at 8am after having your breakfast. The whole day will be spent there and we will leave at 5pm for resort .

Day 4: Visiting Agra Fort . It will take us 10minutes to reach there . We all meet at 9am after breakfast . Again we have the whole day to explore and we leave at 5pm for resort.

Day 5: We leave for Jaipur where Amer Fort awaits us all. It is a 4hours and 10minutes ride. So we leave after breakfast at 10am and reach there in afternoon. Rest for the day . Dinner will be served.

 We’ll stay there in Anurag  Villa which is 30minutes away from Amer Fort.

Day 6: Visiting Amer Fort . We will leave at 9am after breakfast .It is divided in four sections so the whole day will be devoted in exploring the area.

Lunch will not be served by us so you have to make your own arrangements but dinner will not be served by us.

We’ll leave at 5pm for the villa to rest.

Day 7: Visiting Ranthambore Fort. It is  2hours away from our villa so we’ll leave at 8am after breakfast. Ranthambore fort is huge and it surrounds Ranthambore national park.

We’ll leave at 5pm for the villa to rest.

Day 8 : Visiting Chittorgarh Fort (Udaipur) .We would have to leave early at it will take 4hours and 35mins to reach there. So we’ll leave at 7am after breakfast.

Chittorgarh Fort has 7 gates with amazing Vijay Stambha, Kirti Stambha,Rana Kumbha palace,Fateh Prakash palace etc.

We’ll leave at 6pm for the villa .

Lunch will not be served by us so you have to make your own arrangements but dinner will not be served by us.

Day 9 :Visiting Kumbhalgarh Fort (Udaipur). We would have to again leave early at 6am as it is 5hours and 30mins away. We’ll leave at 6pm for villa .

Day 10 : We leave for Jaisalmer in the morning at 11am after breakfast. It will be a 8hour and 50 minutes ride to reach Hotel  Tokyo Palace. So after reaching there we’ll be served  dinner .

Day 11 : Visiting Jaisalmer Fort. It is 2mins away from our hotel .Jaisalmer fort has Royal palace , 4 gateways, merchant havelis etc so the whole day will go in exploring it . We’ll leave at 6pm for the hotel .

Day 12 : We rest for the day ,after a stressful journey around various areas.

Day 13: We leave for Jaipur again to visit our last stop i.e Jantar Mantar .It will be a 8hour and 36minutes ride.So we’ll leave at 10am after breakfast and reach there at Hotel Laxmi Niwas for dinner.

Day 14: Visiting Jantar Mantar.

It is an expression of the astronomical skills and cosmological concepts of the court of scholarly prince at the end of the Mughal period .We’ll leave at 10am and return at 6pm.

Day 15: We visit Hawa Mahal and City Palace on our way back to Delhi which is 4 hours away from Jaipur. We pack our bags and meet at 9am after breakfast  to reach City Palace and explore it along with Hawa Mahal till 5pm . Leave for Delhi and reach there at night where we started off i.e at Kashmere Gate.

Minimum of 40 people will be required to make this trip a possible event.

Cost per person :

Indian – Rs.4000

Foreigner –  Rs. 5500 ( They are being charged more because of the high entry fee at various monuments)

Breakfast and Dinner will be provided but lunch has to be taken care by you. We’ll travel via A/C Volvo Bus. Charges for carrying camera can vary from place to place .
