The second task of the GoUNESCO CA3 program was to explore the unexplored. The Monument assigned to me was the RED FORT BAOLI. When I got to know even I was unaware of such a Baoli in Red Fort. So me and my friend decided to go there and find it out. To our surprise, not only a Baoli is there, but it even predates the Fort!!
It is a beautiful baoli, ‘L’ shaped in plan and having a well at the junction. It is one of the most peaceful sites in the Fort and it is nice to just sit there or explore the vicinity.
