In this hangout, we will chat with Jai Bharathi – the winner of the 1st GoUNESCO Challenge. She traveled to all world heritage sites in India in 2012 (28 at that time), sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. The next year, she followed up with travel to all world heritage sites in Turkey too!

It all started with an itch to mark my visit to all the UNESCO Sites in India in the year 2012. Much before I realised, I did visit all of them that too with a full time job.
Did some crazy Solo trips to places which were considered most unsafe for women.
Covered 5 Sites spread across 5 states in 5 days using 5 modes of transport.
I promised myself to continue the travel spree & hence ended up visiting all the 11 Unesco Sites in Turkey in 11 days ending with Eurasia Marathon – the only run across 2 continents. Most challenging part of my Turkey trip – I just spent INR 90000/- only for the entire trip including the return airfares.
